Who we are:

Sugar Plum opened it's doors in 1972. Since that time, management has changed once until now. Building upon the reputation of previous management, Bright Beginnings began operations as of January 1st, 2005. Since that time, Bright Beginnings expaned by opening Russellville's first Infant Only Center in July 2006.

Our Mission:

The mission of Bright Beginnings is to provide a safe and healthy atmosphere for young children with a balance of activities which are conducive to the individual growth and needs of each child. Bright Beginnings will strive to meet the physical, emotional, and mental needs of each child enrolled through our loving and nurturing staff and our daily early education programs.
