Formerly Sugar Plum Early Education Services, Inc., January 1st, 2005, Bright Beginnings Daycare & Preschool opened up its doors under new management. Trying to meet the needs of the community, Joe and Lyn opened the first Infant Only center in Russellville, July 2005.  This center accepts children ages 6 weeks through 18 months.

WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE :

Bright Beginnings Daycare and Preschool

became an approved Provider in 2007 for:

"ABC" Arkansas Better Chance

This program is income based offering free preschool to children ages 3 and 4 with qualifing household incomes.  To find out if you qualify, click on the below link and go to the "Services" Tab.
